Drinking Chocolate


A rich and velvety European style drinking chocolate, handcrafted using ethically sourced cacao beans from the Maya Mountain Co-op in Belize. Exceptional in chilis, desserts, mochas, and more. 

Tasting notes: Dried Plum/Tart Cherry/Jasmine 

Ingredients: Organic Cacao & Organic Cane Sugar

8oz (227g) resealable bag 

Mixing Directions:

  • Heat 1/2 cup milk in a small saucepan until steaming (not yet boiling).
  • Add 1/4 cup drinking chocolate and whisk vigorously over low heat until all chocolate is completely melted.
  • Pour into espresso mug, sip and enjoy.

For a lighter version use water: for decadence, use cream.
