Delivery Of Your Order

You have the option of shipping using FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping is guaranteed and tracking information is provided using FedEx. Delivery date is an estimate and not guaranteed with USPS. Overnight Shipping: If shipping by air, products will ship the same day as long as the order is placed by 1:00pm MST Monday – Friday. Ground Shipping: All ground orders placed by 1:00pm MST Monday-Friday will ship within 48 hours.

How Deliver Dates Are Calculated

You will receive an estimated delivery date when placing an order. Estimated delivery is based on your order being placed before 1:00 pm MST Mon-Fri. Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping option you have chosen and if the product you are purchasing in currently in stock. We only ship orders if they are 100% complete unless other arrangements are made. To make other arrangements please contact support@barebonesliving.com. We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes to package to travel from our warehouse to your destination address), based on the shipping speed you have selected. We only ship from our warehouse Monday – Friday. Please take this into account when placing your order.

Shipping to AFO/P.O. Boxes

We use USPS to deliver to any AFO/P.O. Box. Please be aware that the delivery date is an estimate and not guaranteed with USPS.

International Shipping

For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.

Returns

Returning Your Order

1. To Obtain return/warranty service contact our Customer Service Team: E-Mail: support@barebonesliving.com

2. Customer Service team will determine what further action is required. They will give you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You must properly package the product, clearly marking the RMA number on the package include your proof of purchase date with the product.

3. Send the product by mail or courier, with shipping cost paid by you, to: 
BAREBONES – RETURNS 1215 E Wilmington Ave. Suite 140, Salt Lake City, Utah USA 84106.

4. We will process your return and send your repaired or replacement product to you at our expense for products being shipped to locations in North America.

Exchanging Product

If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with our product(s) for any reason, return the product within 30 days of purchase if it is meets the following requirements: 1. You purchased from BAREBONES directly 2. You are within 30 days of purchase 3. It is in like new condition and still in our packaging. Pay for the shipping and we will refund your money less the original shipping cost. If you are exchanging for a different product, first return the product and once we receive it we will send out your exchange. The difference in amounts will be refunded as well to whichever party is short. Of course, we stand behind our product and are advocates for our customers. If you don’t meet the above requirements exactly don’t hesitate to contacting support@barebonesliving.com and explain your situation. Exceptions may be made in certain situations.
