U.S Domestic Shipping

You have the option of shipping using FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS). If your order exceeds 150 lbs, your order will be delivered via freight.

Saturdays and Sundays are not considered shipping or delivery days. Please keep that in mind when counting processing and transit days.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We use USPS to deliver to any AFO/P.O. Box. Please be aware that the delivery date is an estimate and not guaranteed with USPS.

International Shipping

Please contact [email protected] or fill out the form on our contact us page to get a shipping quote. Please include all items you are interested in purchasing, as well as your full shipping address. Taxes and duties are to be paid by recipient. We also have many distributors throughout the world that may be able to source your product.

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. This only applies to products purchased directly from BAREBONES. If purchased elsewhere, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from and follow their return policy. Returned product must be unused, and in original packaging.

Your email must include the following:

·       Barebones Order Number

·       Purchase Date

·       Items you will be Returning

 

The customer service team will then assign you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The package must be clearly marked with your RMA number.

 

Please keep in mind, you are responsible for shipping cost to have your item(s) returned.

You have two options for returning your order.

 

1. You may select a shipping method of your choice and return to our shipping facility. Address as follows.

Please be sure the box is clearly marked with your assigned RMA number.

 

2. Or our customer service team can email you a UPS return label. The cost of the label with be subtracted from your refund. If you select this option, please include the weight and dimensions of the box in your original email.

 

After your item(s) are returned to our shipping facility, we will process your refund.

Please allow 5-7 business for the refund to reflect on your credit card.
