Delivery Of Your Order

You have the option of shipping using FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping is guaranteed and tracking information is provided using FedEx. Delivery date is an estimate and not guaranteed with USPS. Overnight Shipping: If shipping by air, products will ship the same day as long as the order is placed by 1:00pm MST Monday – Friday. Ground Shipping: All ground orders placed by 1:00pm MST Monday-Friday will ship within 48 hours.

How Deliver Dates Are Calculated

You will receive an estimated delivery date when placing an order. Estimated delivery is based on your order being placed before 1:00 pm MST Mon-Fri. Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping option you have chosen and if the product you are purchasing in currently in stock. We only ship orders if they are 100% complete unless other arrangements are made. To make other arrangements please contact support@barebonesliving.com. We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes to package to travel from our warehouse to your destination address), based on the shipping speed you have selected. We only ship from our warehouse Monday – Friday. Please take this into account when placing your order.

Shipping to AFO/P.O. Boxes

We use USPS to deliver to any AFO/P.O. Box. Please be aware that the delivery date is an estimate and not guaranteed with USPS.

International Shipping

Please contact support@barebonesliving.com or fill out the form on our contact us page to get a shipping quote. Please include all items you are interested in purchasing, as well as your full shipping address. We also have many distributors throughout the world that may be able to source your product.

Returns

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. This only applies to products purchased directly from BAREBONES. If purchased elsewhere, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from and follow their return policy.

Your email must include the following:

·       Barebones Order Number

·       Purchase Date

·       Items you will be Returning

 

The customer service team will then assign you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The package must be clearly marked with your RMA number.

 

Please keep in mind, you are responsible for shipping cost to have your item(s) returned.

You have two options for returning your order.

 

1. You may select a shipping method of your choice and return to our shipping facility located at 1500 Chase Avenue Elk Grove Village, IL 60007.

Please be sure the box is clearly marked with your assigned RMA number.

 

2. Or our customer service team can email you a UPS return label. The cost of the label with be subtracted from your refund. If you select this option, please include the weight and dimensions of the box in your original email.

 

After your item(s) are returned to our shipping facility, we will process your refund.

Please allow 5-7 business for the refund to reflect on your credit card.
